An Experimental Study on the Formation of Natural Gas Hydrate With Thermodynamic Inhibitors

Gas hydrates formed in the conditions of high pressure and low temperature deep sea process oil gas transportation, natural hydrate (NGH), will seriously affect safety drilling completion operations marine equipment threaten platform. How to prevent formation production transportation has become an urgent problem for industry. For this reason, view NGH producing NGH, phase equilibrium calculation research was carried out, mathematical model condition established, experimental on out through adding different thermodynamic inhibitors. The phenomena show that, first, stirring speed little effect inhibition formation. Second, when is 10 MPa volume concentration inhibitor 1, 3, 5, 7%, supercooling degree 1.81, 8.89, 11.09, 9.39°C, respectively. Third, induction time 10328, 14231, 19576, 24900 s, As polymer molecules reduce activity water system fill cavity structure hydrate, they generation break original generated, thus forming at a lower or higher pressure.
